Rev. Joel Hernadez
Lead Pastor
Rev. Joel Hernández serves as the Senior Pastor of Full Gospel Church of Island Park, where he has faithfully led the congregation for seven years with a strong commitment to Spirit‑empowered ministry, biblical teaching, and community outreach. As an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God, he brings a deep passion for discipleship, missions, and the transformative work of the Holy Spirit. Pastor Hernández is known for his heartfelt preaching, compassionate leadership, and dedication to guiding believers toward spiritual growth and a vibrant walk with Christ. He ministers alongside his wife, Lydia, as they continue to nurture a warm, welcoming, multi-cultural, and Christ‑centered church family.

Rev. Veraliz Jordan
Worship & Media Pastor
Rev. Veraliz Jordan is licensed with the Assemblies of God and she is a graduate of Southeastern Bible College. She serves as the Worship & Media Pastor at Full Gospel Church of Island Park, where she leads the congregation into heartfelt, Spirit‑filled worship and oversees the church’s media ministry. Her leadership reflects a deep love for God’s presence, a commitment to excellence in worship, and a passion for equipping others to use their gifts for the Kingdom. Pastor Veraliz is known for her joyful spirit, creative vision, and dedication to building a worship culture that honors Jesus and strengthens the church family. She ministers alongside her husband, Al‑Amir Jordan, as part of the church’s pastoral team.

Rev. Debra Valentin Spagnoletti
Associate Pastor
Rev. Debra Valentin Spagnoletti is an ordained Assemblies of God minister with a Master of Arts degree. She has represented AG Women, directed the Long Island site of the New York School of Ministry, served as an adjunct professor at Lancaster Bible College, and performed the title role of Ruth for two seasons at Sight & Sound Theatres in Lancaster, PA.
Her background also includes a successful career in international business, serving as Vice President of Compliance and Anti-Corruption of a $15‑billion investment bank and working on the oversight committee of the financial authority. She now brings that expertise to her work as an Abolition Advocate with the Church and Community Abolition Network (CAN), partnering with community leaders and law enforcement to strengthen awareness, detection, and prevention of human trafficking.

Rev. Antoine Williamson-Saunders
NextGen Pastor
Rev. Antoine Williamson‑Saunders is a youth ministry leader within the New York Ministry Network’s Youth Alive initiative, serving students and leaders across the state with a passion for evangelism, discipleship, and campus outreach. Youth Alive, a ministry of the Assemblies of God, focuses on equipping students to share their faith, empowering youth pastors, and strengthening the spiritual climate of schools and communities. In his role, Rev. Williamson‑Saunders helps mobilize young people to live out the Gospel boldly, provides training and resources for local churches, and partners with leaders to create environments where students can encounter Christ and grow in their calling. His ministry reflects a commitment to raising up the next generation of Spirit‑empowered leaders and fostering unity among youth ministries throughout New York.
